Since 2016
A neighborhood practice, on purpose
Dr. Elena Marquez opened Brightside in 2016 on Clover Street, after years in a big group practice where visits were timed to the minute. Here, a checkup is 60 minutes, you see the X-rays on the screen, and you leave with a written plan and prices.
She and Dr. Paul Hendricks are general dentists, and the team of nine includes two hygienists, two assistants and a front desk that reads your insurance so you don’t have to.
- Taking new patients, adults and children
- In-network with six dental plans, and we take Medicaid
- A membership plan if you don’t have insurance

What patients say
- ★★★★★
“I hadn’t been to a dentist in six years and was embarrassed. Hannah never made me feel that way. Everything was explained before it was done, and I left with a written plan and the prices.”
Jenna R.New patient, BrightonReview on Google - ★★★★★
“Called at 8 about a cracked tooth and was in the chair by 10:30. Dr. Hendricks showed me the X-ray, gave me my options with what each one costs, and didn’t push the expensive one.”
Carlos M.Same-day visitReview on Google - ★★★★★
“They told me up front that they take my plan and what my share would be. The bill matched the estimate to the dollar. I wish every office worked this way.”
