Our office

The entrance from the parking lot is step-free, and the building is on one floor. Two accessible parking spaces are right by the door. Our restroom is wheelchair accessible. One of our treatment rooms has room for a wheelchair beside the chair, and we can help you transfer if you’d like.

We have a quiet room for patients who find the waiting room overwhelming, and we’re happy to keep the lights low, turn music off or take extra breaks. Service animals are welcome.

Language and communication

Luis Ortega speaks Spanish with patients and their families. Jamal is learning American Sign Language. If you’d like a sign language or other interpreter, tell us when you book, ideally three business days ahead, and we’ll arrange one at no charge to you. We can also give you written materials in large print.

Our website

This website is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, in mind, and it’s checked for common accessibility problems each time it’s updated. Pages work with screen readers and keyboards, text can be zoomed, colors are checked for contrast, and photos have descriptions. Automated checks catch only part of the problems, so please tell us if something doesn’t work for you.
