The Smile Club now has a family plan
Two adults and two children on one membership for $119 a month. It’s a membership, not insurance.
Families asked, so we made one. The family plan covers two adults and up to two children for $119 a month, which is less than the three single plans would cost together. Each member gets two exams, two cleanings and the X-rays they need each year, an emergency exam at no extra charge and 15% off other treatment done here.
